The next chapter in the saga of I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby which so far has included investigation, indictment, trial, conviction and sentencing will be a grand battle between incarceration and freedom to be fought with Pardon Pens at fifteen paces.
In related news the judge in the case has been receiving threats of violence to himself and his family since the sentencing. I wonder who they have been coming from...
