Am I the only one thinking that the prosecution's case against Jose Padilla is looking pretty thin?
If they don't convict what the hell are they going to do? Lock him up somewhere that they believe is out of the reach of the courts? Lock him up in the states and ignore the courts and pretend that habeas corpus doesn't exist? Let him go?
