The Decider(TM) decided to decide to jet into New Orleans yesterday to celebrate the second anniversary of the city's destruction but Hurricane Katrina and to suggest that the residents look to the "Almighty" for help because they sure as Hell aren't going to get it from the government as long as he is in charge.
