Pennsylvania's Governor Ed Rendell is still blatantly ignoring the sacrosanct Second Amendment to the US Constitution by refusing to put off a scheduled shut down in the state's gun purchase background check system that will prevent the honest, upright and already heavily armed people of the Keystone State from purchasing guns for a full seventy two hours next month. He has succumbed to the pressure a bit as the shut down was originally scheduled to last for four days.
