Just my ECT and me (or how I spent my summer vacation)

This is tragic, appalling, offensive and criminal. How is this possible in America or any country that considers itself civilised? In my mind there is no doubt that this is child abuse. The people who run this institution, one cannot reasonably call it a school, and the people who are responsible for sending children to this institution ought to be in prison; for a considerable period of time.
