Death to all nouns!

The following comes from Dubravka Ugresic's The Ministry of Pain (which is an excellent novel about a group of displaced, stateless Yugoslavs in Amsterdam). I love the idea of an entire sentence without a noun:

'That island of the Dalmatian coast foreigners can never pronounce...'
'Krk'
'Right. Does the name mean "neck"?'
'Neck? No, "neck" is "vrat". Why do you ask?'
Because that's what it means in Czech. And Czechs like to torture foreigners with the sentence "StrĨ prst skrq krk".'
'And what does that mean?'
'"Stick your finger through your neck"'.
