Since the illegal US invasion and occupation of Iraq the prison population has increased dramatically and, with the upcoming Success of the Surge (SOS), the number of detainees held by the Americans has grown by 50% in the past six months. Most of these prisoners belong to one minority ethnic group, the Sunnis. I wonder where they got that idea.
