Of course then who would ever mistake Henry Kissinger for a Nobel Peace Prize winner?
Rigoberta Menchú, who won the Nobel peace in 1992 and is currently a candidate for the presidency in Guatemala, was nearly thrown out of Cancun's five-star Hotel Coral Beach because, as she was wearing an indigenous attire and she is indigenous, they thought she was a poor person who had to no right to grace their lobby. Ms. Menchú was in Cancun at the invitation of Mexican President Felipe Calderón and was due to conduct interviews at the hotel.
