It seems like only yesterday that I was extolling the virtues of British politics because the Tory shadow chancellor had said that Labour had failed to tackle income inequality in Britain. Today we find out that their plan to deal with this problem is to eliminate inheritance tax. At least they haven't started calling it the Death Tax yet.
