The record floods we have had in the recent past here in Old Blighty pale in comparison to the terrible devastation in Southern Asia where up to 25 million people have had to leave their homes and at least 1100 have died in India, Nepal and Bangladesh. At least global warming will ease this problem in the future once Bangladesh no longer exists.
