A cross party committee of terrorist enabling British MPs has recommended that loopholes in the law be closed and enforcement tightened to prevent the sale of the tools necessary to perform "enhanced interrogations" at British arms fairs! Apparently these MPs believe that the current fines are so small for violations that the "merchants of death" simply treat them as a normal business overhead.
