A nation that has not signed up to the nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty and which does not permit international inspections of any of its nuclear facilities is apparently on the brink of reviving plans for a nuclear plant allegedly for peaceful, civilian purposes.
When will the Security Council meet to discuss sanctions? Will the neo-con pundits start popping up all over American television arguing for preemptive air strikes and invasion if necessary?
Oh wait the country in question is Israel so I suspect the answers to the above questions are "Never" and "Not bloody likely".
