Void where prohibited by law

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

First Amendment to the US Constitution

The American Civil Liberties Union has got its hands on a White House manual that details how those anti-patriots who have the temerity to disagree with the Decider(TM) are to be maltreated.

They should be searched. They should not be seen. They should be heard. If at all possible they should be made not to exist.

Never let the Constitution get in the way of a really good plan.
