The government of a sovereign nation stands accused by Human Rights Watch of being "responsible for unlawful killings, enforced disappearances and other serious human rights violations" and the human rights NGO has called for a United Nations monitoring mission. For a moment there I thought they were talking about the United States but it turns out that they are referring to Sri Lanka instead.
