Doesn't he even know that they can't vote?

According to this AP wire story Mitt Romney's new TV ad is targeting illegal immigrants. How does he expect to be President if he doesn't know you need to be a bloody citizen to vote?

What's that? Oh they mean the ad targets illegal immigrants in not-a-nice-way. I get it. That's much more in line with his "thinking".
