Frankly the American armed forces have been struggling to keep enough warm bodies on the front lines so they sent some bright folks off to try and see what could be done and the best idea they seem to have come up with is to cut back on training so that they can get the IED fodder out there quicker. The first MBA Presidency is truly a wondrous thing to watch.
