Not having flown in or to the US of late I don't know. I also haven't done any of the suspicious things, like getting a traffic tricket, that can get you added.
I don't know what is more worrisome; the fact that the US government seems to be constructing a laundry list of people to watch (surely a totalitarian instinct), that there seems to be no clean or maintain the list (surely degrading its value to said totalitarians) or that there seems to be no process of appeal or removal if one finds oneself on the list mistakenly.
