Gandhi and Martin Luther King Jr were weak

So says former Attorney General John Ashcroft on the Daily Show. He said (I paraphrase) "pacifism is weak you have to fight back".

So terrorists are strong because they fight back?

I imagine his favourite song must be Macho Man.
