Now that former Iraqi defence minister Hazem al-Shaalan to three years in prison for corrupt practices how long will it be before embattled Iraqi PM Nouri al-Maliki rings the Decider(TM) to find out how long he must wait before he commutes this obviously excessively severe sentence?
