Another free market success story

They once had a health system that, while it certainly had shortcomings, worked and was accessible to all. That is no longer the case in the World Bank / IMF designed "new Russia". Although "medical care still is nominally free, in practice all but the most basic services are available only to those able to pay hefty fees." and "45% of Russian children are born with 'health deviations,' including problems of the central nervous system, faulty hearts, malformed urinary tracts and low birth weight".

Well at least they're not Commies anymore!
