Marine Gen. Peter Pace, outgoing Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, wants to cut and run. Fortunately for the Decider(TM) during his entire service career General Pace has been kept aloft by hundreds of helium balloons and therefore does not count as a "General on the ground". Close one, eh?
