Well educated affluent Americans living in Canada recognise that in some aspects the American health care system is superior to the Canadian system but believe that the Canadian system's equity of access and superior efficiency outweigh these negatives.

It could be though that some move to Canada because we are considered a peacful nation with way better beer and not so hung up on running about with a gun in our hands!
