In Palestine Texas a man who seems to hear voices in his head was found walking naked around the courthouse. He said he was a friend of Jesus. Despite the fact that no one was injured or threatened in the incident the man was charged with disorderly conduct. Hopefully with the assistance of a compassionate DA he will get access to some mental health care.
In Crawford Texas a man who seems to hear voices in his head decided to illegally invade a sovereign nation. Despite the fact that thousand of young men and women from his country have died and hundreds of thousands of men, women and children from the invaded country have also been killed he has not been charged with a crime and there is no suggestion that anyone around him is urging to seek out the mental health care he so desperately needs despite the fact that, unlike many of his fellow countrymen, he has an excellent health plan that would undoubtedly cover 100% of the cost!
