Some undoubtedly sane and thoughtful attorneys from the Family Research Council have equated gay marriage with necrophilia. In an amicus brief in a case in Rhode Island they said, and I quote:
"Following the logic of the appellants and their supporters, man/animal marriage and man/deceased woman marriage must be permitted under Rhode Island law simply because the General Assembly has not expressly prohibited it."
If the corpse in question were a same sex corpse would that make it "homonecrophilia" or "necrohomosexuality" I wonder?
