If at first you DO succeed try, try again

Stephen John Peterson of Wollongong, New South Wales is appealing against his successful defence against charges of wounding with intent to murder. He was found not guilty by reason of insanity but his now fighting that ruling saying that he was on drugs at the time and that the judges in the original trial had not consulted a "number of higher beings" including the "sun god" at his original trial.

I don't know about you but I reckon they got the first judgement just about right.
