Didn't there used to be a poster/t-shirt/bumper sticker to that effect? I only ask as this story about an Oklahoma man being hit by a "stray" bullet from a police firing range three quarters of a mile a way reminded me. Key quote from victim Bill Bolechala:

"I’m not in shock, but I didn’t plan on getting shot."

Well who does Mr. Bolechala; who does?
