As Pierre Proudhon said "property is theft". So is stealing property some sort of double negative thing that makes it OK?
Whatever you do you cannot suggest that this policy is racist in anyway or even reminiscent of apartheid because then I will be able to shout at you: "Anti-Judaite! Anti-Judaite!".
