Showing that, under the Bush administration, the Federal government is finally being able to marshall its resources so that one department can easily learn from the experiences of the other the Inspector General of the Department of the Interior has taken the "don't ask - don't tell" policy of the armed forces and adapted it for his own purposes. The IG's new "don't look - don't find" investigative techniques are being hailed as a rousing success by no less a luminary than the Vice President himself!
