Human Rights First and Physicians for Human Rights have released a legal analysis that suggests that, despite Captain Codpiece's recent Imperial Edict Presidential Order authorising the resumption of the torture enhanced interrogation of known evil doers, US officials who engage in or authorise the use of "enhanced interrogation techniques" will still most probably be in violation of US law.
Maybe we should look into what legal changes would be required to allow for private prosecutions.
