Perhaps it is time to review the mental state of District of Columbia administrative law judges Roy Pearson Jr as he has decided to launch an appeal after losing his 54 million USD law suit over a pair of trousers lost by his dry cleaners. Clearly there must be reasonable suspicion by now that he is non compos mentis. The Chung family, who won the suit and were awarded over 80,000 USD in legal fees to be paid by Judge Pearson, had agreed to drop their request in for payments of these funds if the lunatic would not appeal the verdict.
