Xmas comes early to the coal mining industry

Bush is planning to eliminate more "wasteful" regulation that is currently preventing that essential industry, coal mining, from cutting the tops off of mountains if they want to; deservedly so in my book!

I couldn't help but be reminded of John Prine's song "Paradise". The reasons should be evident.
