I am sure that most Americans, including myself, thought that offering tax breaks to help home owners rebuild their lives in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina was a good idea and therefore we should be overjoyed that they are helping real estate speculators relaunch their careers by buying million dollar condos near the University of Alabama (American) football stadium.
