After extra time, decided by penatlies

For the first time ever the world chess championship has been decided by the equivalent of a penalty shoot out. The match between Vladimir Kramnik (Russia) and Veselin Topalov (Bulgaria) was decided by a four match "playoff" of speed chess. Kramnik would have won the match in the regulation time but was forced to forfeit one of the matches due to a row over toilet use.
