I hereby humbly propose the following amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America.
No person, who after their sixteenth birthday expresses in public either the desire to or the belief that they are are qualified to be President of the United States of America, shall be entitled to hold the office of the President of the United States of America, the office of the Vice President of the United States of America, the Speaker of the House, the President pro tempore of the Senate or any other office in the Presidential succession as established by Act of Congress.
It would eliminate all of the idiots who think they are entitled to be President and anyone elected to the office would have to be dragged screaming and kicking into the White House.

Works for me. The string of egocentric morons that have had the office leads me to think we are in a total delusinary state. I would like to nominate my 12 year old son.
I think we should wait until your son is as least of the age of consent in West Virginia. So maybe 2012!
