US prosecutors have requested a Federal judge in the case of Baron Black of Crossharbour (aka Conrad Black) to compel the convicted felon and his former business partners to forfeit 16.9 million USD to the government. The thing that I don't understand is that they are accused of stealing more than 31 million USD. Do they get to keep the rest?
