If you are ever around US Secretary of State Conocoleezza Rice and she starts scratching her hands it might be a good idea to excuse yourself for a bit. A new book is due out next month called The ConfidanteM

Apparently the main argument of the book, by the Washington Post's diplomatic correspondent is that she is devoting most of her time as Secretary of State "repairing the damage she did during her term as national security adviser"; the Pottery Barn principle again.
