Thinking big

It has been two years since Hurricane Katrina stuck the gulf states in America and yet still the Bush administration is mismanaging the recovery effort. The House Small Business Committee is set to announce that its review of government practices has found that the government is still not awarding contracts to small local businesses, in fact their performance has got worse, and is instead favouring large corporations instead. An unnamed administration source is believed to have commented that "it's not as if we know the owners of any small local businesses is it? So what the hell do they expect?".
