I really only noticed this story about yet another food recall in America because of the name of store chain involved; Schnucks. I recognise that the Jewish population of the part of the Midwest in which their stores are found probably but one would think that someone in their employ might have at some point noticed that with a very minor adjustment their company name would have a completely different meaning even if it was in Yiddish.
