Pitching Woo

It is hard to add anything to how Glenn Greenwald interprets ex-Justice Department apparachnik John Woo's comments as to heretofore differences between the constitution in wartime and in peace.

So I'll be snarky.

I think what Mr. Woo meant to say was:
"In peace time, under Bush, we now have a system in which the President enacts the laws by executive order, the CIA and the military enforce them, and the Attorney General interprets them. In wartime, well, it's much the same way.''
